Through the study, it was found that the residents of the study area suffer from problems in the sewage service, as the sewage networks in the city are old as they serve certain neighborhoods, and there are neighborhoods that suffer from deprivation of sewage networks, which led to the use of many methods, which results in negative effects many, as for the rain stations located in the study area, which also did not serve the city completely and were limited to certain neighborhoods in the city, as the percentage of service from rain stations reached 12%, which is a very small percentage, and this denial of service led to the population bypassing the rain stations and connecting them to the drainage heavy water, which leads to a flood of water, especially in the winter, as the research touched on the reality of the sewage service, the types of pipes and networks used, the way the treatment plant works, and the problems facing this service.
