ASSIA DJEBBAR, she's the most contemporary writer she has used female characters in her novels and stories, and dedicated her topics about woman, this kind of defeated and oppressed human being generally in the Maghreb and Muslim society and especially in Algerien society, trying to save her by breaking down the wall of silent and speak the unspoken).

And from this research we will try to follow the gender in some Assia Djebbar's works and how she used it in most of her novels.
