The current research aims to analyze the content of the physics textbook for the fifth grade scientific according to the standards of design and production of infographics, and in order to achieve this goal, the descriptive approach (content analysis) was chosen and the research community was defined by the physics book for the fifth grade scientific (applied, biological), scheduled for the academic year 2019-2020.

the research sample was all the drawings, shapes and diagrams included in these books.

the analysis tool has been prepared, represented by a list of infographic design and production standards, consisting of two areas : (educational design for infographic) and contains three main standards and (14) sub-criteria, and (technical design for infographic) and contains (7) main standards and (37) sub-criteria, thus the tool consisted of (10) main standards and (51) sub-criteria distributed in the two fields.

after ensuring the apparent validity of the tool and the stability of the analysis, it was adopted in the analysis of physics books for the preparatory stage for the academic year (2019-2020د.

1-the results of the analysis showed that the physics book for the fifth grade scientific (biological, applied) achieved the criteria for designing and producing infographics, and when comparing the results with the ideal ratios set by experts and referees, it was found: the physics book for the fifth grade (biological and applied) achieved a small percentage represented by four criteria only one of the ten main standards for designing and producing infographics.

2-the third criterion in the first area (educational design for infographic) is the least achieved.

3-the sixth, seventh and eighth criterion in the second field (infographic artistic design) is the least achieved.

4-the second criterion in the first field (educational design for infographics) is the most fulfilling of the standards of infographic design and production.

5-the fourth and fifth criteria in the second field (infographic artistic design) are the most achieved.

6-there is randomness in the criteria achieved in the two books.
