هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الجلد النفسي ومنظور الزمن لدى عينة من المتقاعدين بولاية الأغواط، وفي الدراسة الأساسية المستندة إلى المنهج الوصفي تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة قصدية من العمال المتقاعدين بلغت 110 متقاعد.
وقد تم جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا اعتمادا على نظام رزمة الإحصاء للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتيجة التالية: -توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين الجلد النفسي وبين منظور الزمن لدى العينة الكلية من المتقاعدين.
Abstract EN
The current study aimed to know the relationship between resilience and the perspective of time among a sample of retirees in the state of Laghouat.
in the basic study based on the descriptive approach, the study was applied to a purposive sample of retired workers, amounting to 110 retirees.
the data was collected and statistically analyzed based on the SPSS system.
the study yielded the following result: there is a statistically significant relationship between resilience and the time perspective of the total sample of retirees.
