In his studies of the arab society in general and the Maghreb in particular, Ibn Khaldun came to the conclusion that the tribe is the basis of human history, and researchers tried to make the tribe the law of human history.

The emergence of the tribe has had historically diverse causes and motives, such as protecting the individual within the community from dangers, such as an integrated and diverse social organization, securing the individual's living, and cooperating and solidarity against the cruelty of nature.

Dans cette étude de la société arabe en général et du Maghreb en particulier, Ibn Khaldoun est parvenu à la conclusion que la tribu était la base de l'histoire humaine et les chercheurs ont essayé de faire de la tribu la loi qui régit l'histoire humaine.

L'émergence de la tribu a eu des causes et des motifs divers, tels que la protection de l'individu au sein de la communauté contre les dangers, tels qu'une organisation sociale intégrée et diversifiée, la sécurisation de la vie de l'individu, la coopération et la solidarité contre la cruauté de la nature.
