The study aims to identify the impact of strategic human resource management to achieve competitive advantage in the Algerian Telecommunications the sector of Bechar.

Data have been analyzed using the structural equation modeling and the smart-pls program.

The study finds out that the level of implementing the strategic human resources management was medium, there is a direct impact of strategic human resource management in achieving competitive advantage, there is an indirect impact of strategic human resource management in lowest-cost advantage, there is an indirect impact of strategic human resource management in differentiation advantage
