Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role of Islamic sukuk in the profitability of Islamic banks in general, and the Islamic Development Bank in particular.

To achieve this goal, the profitability of the Islamic Development Bank was analyzed in the first stage by studying the evolution of the rate of return on equity, in addition to the rate of return on assets.

In the second stage, the impact of investing in Islamic sukuk on the profitability of the Islamic Development Bank was also analyzed, by studying the development of investment in Islamic sukuk, in addition to studying the development of profitability of investing in Islamic sukuk, in addition to studying the development of investment profitability in Islamic sukuk for the total income of the Islamic Development Bank, where the results of the study showed a positive impact of Islamic sukuk in achieving the returns of the Islamic Development Bank, but this effect was not at the required level.
