This study aimed to know the effect of plyometric training on improving the explosive power and shooting accuracy of football players.

in order to study this, the experimental method with the design of the two groups was used.

the study sample consisted of 16 players from the al-Najm sports team of the Oued el ma municipality (U19), 8 players represent the control group and 8 players represent the experimental group, after statistical treatment, we concluded that plyometric training contributes to improving the explosive power and shooting accuracy of football players.
