The study aimed to identify the scientific bases for discovering and nurturing talents among middle class football coaches, where the descriptive approach was used for its suitability to this study on a deliberate sample of 25 middle class football coaches in the state of Bordj Bou Arreridj, while the study tool was the questionnaire.
