Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the impact of the personality of the professor of physical education and sports on the pedagogical relationship between him and the students of the secondary stage, through direct contact between the professor and his students in the class.

in this study, we used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the study, and for the sample, we took a simple random sample estimated at 30 teachers of physical education for the secondary stage at the level of the state of Algeria (east), and the study concluded that the personality of the professor of physical education has a significant impact on the pedagogical relationship between him and the students.
