هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة تأثير برنامج تدريبي لصفة الارتقاء لدى لاعبي الكرة الطائرة صنف أقل من 19 سنة للفريق الرياضي لبلدية عموشة الناشط في البطولة الجهوية لرابطة سطيف.
وتوصل الباحث إلى: تأثير البرنامج التدريبي المقترح على صفة الارتقاء لدى اللاعبين، بحيث وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياس القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي فيما يخص الاختبارات.
Abstract EN
The study aimed to find out the impact of an elevation class training programme for volleyball players under 19 years.
the researcher found: the impact of the proposed training programme on the quality of the players' upgrading, so that there were differences statistically significant differences between tribal and post measurement in favour of dimensional measurement for all testes.
