Abstract EN

This study entitled “the assessment of personality traits and their relationship to job satisfaction among middle school physical education and sports teachers in Tiaret state”.

it attempts to recognize the job satisfaction level at the side of physical education and sports teachers.

and also, it investigates if there is a relationship between personality traits and job satisfaction in the selected samples for the study.

and this through studying the statistical differences between the researches variables.

the study is done on a research sample of 50 teachers from the Tiaret state, using the descriptive approach and a set of statistical tools and methods.

to sum up this study conducts the main following results there is an average level of job satisfaction among teachers.

in addition, the study shows that there are statistical significant differences in the job satisfaction of teachers due to the variables of age and years of teaching.

finally, this study conducts also that there is a positive correlation between personality traits and job satisfaction.
