Abstract EN

This research aims to study the existence of either a positive or negative relationship between knowledge management through its dimensions (knowledge acquisition - knowledge sharing - knowledge application) and individual performance.

In order to reach the goal, we relied on the questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of 80 employees of the SONALGAZ company, and we also relied on the method of the partial least squares method (PLS) to test the various hypotheses of the study, The results confirmed that acquiring knowledge and applying knowledge all positively affect the organizational and operational effectiveness of employees, in addition to planning and solving problems by updating and diversifying their knowledge.

All this leads to improving the individual performance of employees.
