The aim of this research is to highlight the place of Bachlar's Epstimology in the light of contemporary physical theories, because Epstimology Bachlar aims to build a philosophy of science, but contemporary physical theories have become metaphysical philosophical hypotheses as a result of the use of the inference hypothesis approach, which led to an exaggeration of the theory at the expense of experimental verification, which refutes Bachlar's claim to build a philosophy of science because contemporary science itself has become a philosophy.
