At the present time, many developing countries, such as Algeria, are seeking to achieve empowerment in their institutions, especially among the youth, given the importance of its uses in several areas for instance in terms of economy, social work and development.

but there are several challenges and obstacles that prevent the actual empowerment of Algerian youth, such as marginalization, neglect and social exclusion, loss of a sense of community belonging, unemployment and others...

therefore, this study recommends the need to integrate young people and involve them in the development process and expand the opportunities and options for them as this represents a great investment opportunity in the business field, with the condition of removing obstacles and overcoming created by crises via creating helpful enabling environments and a supportive societal culture conducive to the achieving a community stability and the development of its institutions.
