تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس أثر متغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي على طلب العمل في عينة من الدول العربية باستخدام نماذج بانل الديناميكية، حيث دلت نتائج الاختبارات بانل للاستقرارية واختبار Pedroni؛ عن وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين المتغيرات.
وبعد التقدير باستخدام طريقة FMOLS، باعتبارها الأسلوب المناسب في هذه الحالة، توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طردية ومعنوية بين الطلب على العمل محدداته في الدول العربية عند مستوى المعنوية 1%.
Abstract EN
The study aims to estimating the impact of macroeconomic variables on the labor demand in Arab countries, using dynamic plate models, as indicated by the results of the Panell stability tests and the Pedroni test, about the existence of a common integration relationship between the variables.
this was estimated using the FMOLS method, as a suitable method in this case.
the results of the estimate revealed a significant correlation between demand for labor and its determinants in Arab countries at the level of significance 1%.
this is in line with the economic impact and logic.
