The automobile sector is considered as one of the most internationalized industries, especially since the industrially developed countries externalized the production of low-value-added production processes.

Both Algeria and Morocco have pursued policies to develop an industrial base in the field of cars, transactions.

especially after the rise in domestic demand and the high import bill.

This study aims to compare the policies followed in both countries Algeria and Morocco, and we noticed that Algeria suffers from ence of a network of qualified contracting institutions, lack of a stable and clear policy, and lack of transparency in transactions.
