The study aimed to reveal the reality of the practice of secondary school principals in Yenbu Governorate to manage by wandering and it’s relationship to job satisfaction among teachers.

The study relied on the descriptive correlative approach, and a questionnaire prepared for the purpose was applied to a simple random sample of (275) teachers.

The results showed the practice of the administration by roaming among the principals of public secondary schools in Yenbu Governorate to a large extent, with a mean of (3.41).

The field of development and creativity came to the fore in the practice areas, with a mean of (3.44), followed by the field of communication improvement, with an average of (3.41), and finally the field of feedback, with an average of (3.38).

It also showed that the job satisfaction of teachers was achieved to a large extent, with a mean of (3.66).

The domain of the manager’s relationship with teachers came at the forefront of the achieved domains, with an arithmetic average (3.71), followed by the nature of work domain, with an arithmetic mean (3.68), and finally the physical aspects domain, with an arithmetic average (3.58).

The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the reality of the practice of roaming administration among government secondary school principals in Yenbu governorate due to the difference in educational qualifications, number of years of experience and school size.

And there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the degree of job satisfaction among teachers in government secondary schools in Yenbu Governorate according to the educational qualification.

While there were differences attributed to the difference in the number of years experience in favor of teachers with more than 10 years of experience.

There were also differences due to the difference in school size in favour of teachers in large schools.

The results also showed the existence of a positive and direct statistically significant correlation between the practice of roaming administration among government secondary school principals in Yambu Governorate and the degree of job satisfaction among teachers.
