Communication and information technology in the educational field provides a service to the educational process because of its ability to facilitate the process of attaining scientific information, and the possibility of retaining the information for later benefit in developing the educational process.

by linking advanced technologies to allow the development of students’ intellectual capabilities, students are able to control their access to knowledge and succeed educationally across all levels.

in order to achieve this transitional phase in employing the mechanisms of information technology, it is necessary to consider all parties benefiting from this advancement and placing education and the educators at the forefront of planning strategies' priorities.

this will aid in facilitating and equipping the educational field with modern curricula, advanced technological means and techniques in communication to ensure developing the educational field and producing a responsible, well educated citizen.

the current study seeks to identify the most important challenges facing educational media in light of the digital transformation in the field of education through a set of objectives identified as follows: - identifying the social, cultural, behavioral, educational, ethical and professional challenges related to the student (the learner) in light of digital transformation.
