هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مدى توافر معايير محتوى مجال الهندسة التي حددتها المعايير المحورية العامة لتعلم الرياضيات The Common Core State Standards Mathematics (CCSSM) for في محتوى وحدات الهندسة في كتب الرياضيات الفلسطينية للصفوف السادس، السابع والثامن الأساسية، وتصنيف الفقرات التي تقدمها وحدات الهندسة في هذه الكتب والتي تتوفر فيها المعايير المحورية العامة لتعلم الرياضيات (CCSSM) حسب مستويات فان هيل واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لأغراض الدراسة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ؛ قامت الباحثة بإنشاء بطاقة تحليل محتوى مشتقة من المعايير المحورية العامة للرياضيات (CCSSM)، تتضمن مجال معايير محتوى الهندسة تم الحصول عليها بالاستناد إلى الوثيقة الصادرة عن (CCSSM) لعام (2019) للصفوف من السادس إلى الثامن الأساسية، وشكلت هذه البطاقة أداة الدراسة، وتم استخدامها كمرجعية في تحليل محتوى وحدات الهندسة في كتب الرياضيات الفلسطينية للصفوف الأساسية من (6-8) والمطبقة في العام 2020-2019م، بواقع ست وحدات؛ وحدتين لكل صف.

وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة وإجراء المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن محتوى مجال الهندسة في كتب الرياضيات الفلسطينية للصفوف من (6-8) الأساسية يتوافق مع المعايير المحورية العامة لتعلم الرياضيات (CCSSM) بنسب متفاوتة تتراوح بين ضعيف وجيد.

فقد حقق محتوى مجال الهندسة في كتب الرياضيات المدرسية للصفوف الأساسية من السادس إلى الثامن 21 معياراً من أصل 49 معياراً من المعايير المحورية العامة لتعلم الرياضيات (CCSSM)، وبالنسبة لتصنيف هذا المحتوى حسب مستويات فان هيل فإن المستوى الصفري (البصري) ظهر بنسب ممتازة لكل الصفوف، وكذلك المستوى الأول التحليلي)، بينما كان ظهور المستوى الثاني (الاستنتاج غير الرسمي) ضعيفاً للصفوف الثلاثة، وظهر المستوى الثالث (الاستنتاج الرسمي) فقط في كتاب الرياضيات للصف الثامن بنسبة متوسطة.

وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إغناء الطبعات الجديدة من كتب الرياضيات المدرسية الفلسطينية للصفوف الأساسية (6-8) وفقرات تنتمتي للمعايير المحورية العامة لتعلم الرياضيات (CCSSM) في مجال المحتوى الهندسي، والمجالات الأخرى أيضاً أو التي لم يتم التطرق لها في محتوى كتب الرياضيات، واقترحت الباحثة إجراء مزيد من الدراسات لمعرفة مدى توفر المعايير المحورية العامة لتعلم الرياضيات (CCSSM) في محتوى كتب الرياضيات الفلسطينية للصفوف الأخرى وفي المجالات الأخرى.

English Abstract

The aim of the current study is to determine the availability of the geometry content standards set by the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM), at the content of the geometry units at the Palestinian mathematics books for the sixth, seventh, and eighth grades, and to classify the paragraphs provided by the geometry units in these books according to Van Hill levels that are available.

The researcher used the descriptive and analytical method for its suitability for the purposes of the study.

To achieve the aims of the study; The researcher created a content analysis card derived from the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM), which includes the field of geometry content standards obtained based on the document issued by (CCSSM) for the year (2019) for grades six to eight basic, and this card formed the study tool.

This tool was used as a reference in analyzing the content of geometry units in Palestinian mathematics books for basic grades (6-8) applicable in the year 2019-2020 AD, with six units; Two units per row.

And after ensuring the validity and reliability of the tool and carrying out the appropriate statistical treatment, the results of the study showed that the content of the geometry field in the Palestinian mathematics books for grades (6-8) complies with the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM) with varying ratios ranging from weak and good for most of them.

The geometry content in mathematics textbooks for basic grades six to eight achieved 21 out of 49 standards of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM).

As for the classification of this content by Van Heel levels, the zero (Visualization) level appeared in excellent proportions for all grades.

As well as the first level (Analysis), while the appearance of the second level (Informal deduction) was weak for the three grades, and the third level (Formal deduction) appeared only in the eighth-grade mathematics textbook with an average rate.

In light of these results, the study recommended the necessity of enriching the new editions of Palestinian mathematics textbooks for basic grades (6-8) and with paragraphs belonging to the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM) in the field of geometry content, and other areas as well, or that were not covered in the content of mathematics books.

The researcher suggested conducting more studies to find out the availability of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM) in the content of Palestinian mathematics books for other grades and in other fields.
