Abstract EN

University of Tabuk Kingdom of Saudi Arabia This research intends to highlight the persuasive answers found in the Sunnah in response to the questions that might be perplexing or challenging.

Therefore, the answers displayed here are clear and persuasive with reference to jurisprudence and the mind.

The study tackles some selected Hadiths which have been included in the prophetic approach that has clarified the image for the reader and uncovered the similarities according to each case and its perception.

The research includes an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion.

In general, the research handles persuasion, its importance and its instruments which are found in the prophetic traditions selected for this study according to an organized proposal relying on the analytical inductive approach by selecting the specific Hadith related to the persuasive answers.

The research has not investigated all the issues, but it has given examples by highlighting certain Hadiths for the topic of each chapter.

Furthermore, authentication of Hadiths has not been considered largely unless there is a need.

If the Hadith under study is mentioned in either of the two Sahih books of Hadith that should be suffice and no more investigation is needed.
