The research goal for the electronic achievement examinations evaluation(EAEE), according to the standpoint of al-Mustansiriya university teaching staff is to acknowledge its differences and statistic proofs within that evaluation depending on the type of major (scientific or humanitarian).

the research covered (115) teaching staff at the college of basic education, who is currently working on electronic education in both majors, scientific and humanitarian.

the selection implemented in a simple random way, the standard was built according to the methodology of experience, the implementation occurred by setting up a definition to the electronic achievement examinations; the standard would consist (60 items) divided into seven fields : teaching, student, knowledge, questions, learning & teaching, cheating, and examination materialistic environment.

the standard psychometric properties were highlighted; also some points were eliminated accordingly.

in order to accomplish research goals, i’ve used the following statistics methods: t-test for two independent samples and one sample, pearson correlation coefficient (PCC), Alpha-Cronbach coefficient, fisher equation (arithmetic mea) percentage weight.

the results were statistically significant towards sample average; the results showed that the fields (students, teaching staff, infrastructure and learning & teaching) were higher than the hypothesized mean adopted by researcher ; and other fields (cheating, questions and knowledge) were below the hypothesized mean, the research pointed set of recommendations : 1- it is necessary that the establishments of higher education and scientific research treating electronic examinations weaknesses.

2- the need to provide electricity power by the ministry of electricity and internet service by the ministry of communications.

3- the need to train students and teaching staff by the colleges on electronic examinations.
