The aim of the current study was to identify impact the theory of inventive problem solving Triz in innovative thinking for fourth grade students in outstanding schools in biology making to achieve this aim, the researcher chose the experimental design of the research groups (experimental and control) with partial control of the experimental and control groups with the post-test of innovative thinking the research was limited to the fourth grade students of the secondary college of Baghdad and the two research groups were selected by random assignment by (56) students.

two research groups were rewarded in variables (chronological age calculated by months, previous academic achievement, previous bioinformatics, intelligence, decision-making scale).

the researcher used a measure of innovative intelligence and applied to the two research groups after making sure that it is true and stable the statistical results were shown using the following statistical package (SPSS) - the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental and control group and for the benefit of the experimental group in both fluency, flexibility, originality and detail the researcher recommended the use of the theory of creative solution of problems Triz in the teaching of biology for all stages and suggested other studies of the theory on dependent variables other than innovative thinking and also suggested a study of this theory in ordinary schools.
