This study aims to identify child practice of synthetic games in early childhood, and to identify the development of the geometrical concepts in early childhood, in addition to reveal the relationship between child practice of synthetic games and developing geometrical concepts, as perceived by teachers and supervisors.
To achieve these objectives, the researcher used the descriptive correlational approach, and also used the questionnaire.
The study population consisted of early childhood teachers and supervisors at Al-Kharj governorate.
The study sample was represented in a random sample of 103 teachers, and the supervisors sample consisted of 15 educational supervisors.
The study concluded the following results: Results revealed that early childhood teachers and educational supervisors responded with “agree” to the axis of practicing synthetic games by children in early childhood.
Results also revealed that early childhood teachers and educational supervisors responded with “agree” to the axis of developing geometrical concepts in early childhood.
Results showed that there is a positive statistical correlation between child practice of synthetic games and developing geometrical concepts, as perceived by early childhood teachers.
Results also showed that there is no statistical correlation between child practice of synthetic games and developing geometrical concepts, from the perspective of educational supervisors.
