Abstract EN

This research aimed at investigating the nature of the relationship between the locus of control (internal and external) and quality of life among kindergarten teachers in Ibb governorat.

the two researchers employed the descriptive method.

to achieve the aims of the research, rotter’s locus of control scale and quality of life scale were used, the sample of the research consisted of (44) female teachers.

the results of the research indicated that the locus of external control among kindergarten teachers was common with a mean of (9.035), and the level of quality of life was high.

in addition, there was a negative relationship with a statistical significance between the locus of control and quality of life.
