Abstract EN
The current research is gaining importance; As it deals with the concept of mutual social trust and aims to identify the impact of psychological engineering in developing social trust among educational counselors, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the experimental method was adopted, and two tools were applied, namely, the social trust scale (for Julian Rotter, 1967), and the experimental program prepared according to psychological engineering, which Prepared by the researcher.
The sample consisted of (30) counselors who obtained the lowest score on the social confidence scale, they were selected from Diyala Education, and the sample was randomly distributed between two equal groups, and the program prepared to be applied to the experimental group was used, while the control group was not exposed to the counseling program and the researcher adopted the method Psychological engineering and the number of sessions (10 sessions) was presented to a group of experts in this field, and they supported the validity of the program, and the current research reached the following results: -1There are significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the experimental group in favor of the program.
-2There are significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the experimental and control groups in the post test in favor of the experimental.
-3There are no significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the ranks of the experimental group's scores in the post and deferred test.
