Abstract EN

Goals of the Study 1.

Identify the statistical indicator of the level of feeling of the psychological quality of educational counselors.

2.

Identify the indication of statistical differences of the feeling level of the psychological quality according to gender variable.

The population of the thesis consists of the educational counselors of the academic year (2020-2021), the sample of the final study included (120) male and female counselors which represent approximately (50%) of the population.

The researcher prepared a scale, the number of its items in its final form is (50) items with five alternatives (totally agree, agree, neutral, disagree, totally disagree) to measure the feeling of the psychological quality, and the researcher extracted the face validity, and the consistency was measured by test retest method and the scale recorded (0.75).

To investigate the goals of the study, the statistical portfolio for the social science (SPSS) has been used and the data has been analyzed by using (T-test) for one sample, and for two samples Chi-Square test and Pearson’s correlation.

The study found the following results: 1.

There is statistical indicator difference between the mediocre and in favor of the arithmetic mean of the sample in the feeling of the psychological quality.

2.

There is no statistical indicator difference in the feeling of the psychological quality according to gender variable.
