Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في المرحلة الثانوية لدورهم في تنمية مهارات التواصل في حالات الطوارئ لدى معلميهم في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين، ومعرفة دلالة الفروق في درجة ممارستهم تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة واقتراح سبل لتفعيل دورهم في تنمية مهارات التواصل لمعلميهم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (4849) معلماً ومعلمة، وتمثلت عينة من (322) معلماً ومعلمة، وبنسبة (6.64%) من مجتمع الدراسة، وكانت أداتا الدراسة: الاستبانة، التي تكونت من (49) فقرة موزعة على (3) مجالات والمقابلة.

وكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة ما يأتي: أن درجة ممارسة مديري المرحلة الثانوية لدورهم في تنمية مهارات التواصل في حالات الطوارئ لمعلميهم عالية بوزن نسبي (76.13) % وبدرجة استجابة عالية، وجاءت المجالات مرتبة تنازلياً كالتالي (مهارة التواصل أثناء وقوع الأزمة، مهارة التواصل بعد مرور الأزمة، مهارة التواصل قبل الأزمة يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لدورهم في تنمية مهارات التواصل في حالات الطوارئ لمعلميهم، تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور.

لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لدورهم في تنمية مهارات التواصل في حالات الطوارئ لمعلميهم، تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (المديرية، نوع المدرسة، موقع المدرسة سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي التخصص المشاركة في لجان المدرسة).

اقتراح مجموعة من السبل لتفعيل دور المديرين في تنمية مهارات التواصل في حالات الطوارئ لمعلميهم.

وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: .

إعداد وتطوير دليلاً تدريبياً إجرائياً للمديرين في تنمية مهارات التواصل في حالات الطوارئ لمعلميهم حسب المرحلة الدراسية، وتدريبهم عليه تدريباً عملياً وإجرائياً، ليحسنوا استثماره مع معلميهم.

تفعيل وتطوير لجنة خاصة بمهارات التواصل في حالات الطوارئ في وزارة التربية والتعليم المتابعة تصنيف مهارات التواصل عالمياً، وتدريب المديرين على المناسب منها.

English Abstract

The study aims to identify the degree of secondary school principals’ practice of their role in developing communication skills in emergency situations among their teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine.

The study also seeks to know the significance of the differences in the degree of their practice according to the study variables, and to propose a set of ways to activate their role in developing the communication skills of their teachers.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the two tools of the study were the questionnaire, which consisted of (49) items distributed into (3) domains, and the interview.

The study population consisted of (4,849) male and female teachers, and a sample of (322) teachers was selected, representing (%6.64) of the study population.

Among the most important results of the study were the following : • The degree of secondary school principals’ practice of their role in developing communication skills in emergency situations for their teachers is high, at a relative weight (76.13%), and the domains were ranked in a descending order as follows: the communication skill during a crisis, the communication skill after the crisis, and the communication skill before the crisis.

• There are statistically significant differences in the degree to which secondary school principals practice their role in developing communication skills in emergency situations among their teachers, due to the gender variable, in favour of males.

• There are no statistically significant differences in the degree to which secondary school principals practice their role in developing communication skills in emergency situations for their teachers, due to the variables of the study (the directorate, type of school, school location, years of service, academic qualification, specialization, participation in school committees).

• Proposing a set of ways to activate the role of principals in developing communication skills in emergency situations for their teachers.

The study recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which are the following: • Preparing and developing a procedural training manual for school principals in developing communication skills in emergency situations for their teachers according to the school stage, and offering them practical and procedural training, so that they can better invest it with their teachers.

• Activating and developing a committee at the Ministry of Education, especially in communication skills in emergency situations to follow up on the classification of communication skills internationally, and to train school principals on the appropriate ones.
