Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى انعكاسات تعرض الشباب الجامعي الفلسطيني للمواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية على ثقافتهم السياسية و هي دراسة و صفية استخدمت منهج الدراسات المسحية، و الذي في إطاره تم استخدام مسح جمهور وسائل الإعلام، من خلال أداة الدراسة، حيث اعتمد الباحث على صحيفة الاستقصاء، التي طبقت على عينة عشوائية متاحة قوامها (314) مبحوثا من طلبة الجامعات الرئيسة الثلاث في محافظات غزة (الإسلامية، الأزهر، الأقصى)، و اعتمدت الدراسة على نظرية الاستخدامات و الإشباعات، و توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج من أهمها : 1.

كانت درجة تعرض المبحوثين الموضوعات الثقافة السياسية في المواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية متوسطة بوزن نسبي 66.2% ، و كانت درجة الثقافة السياسية لديهم متوسطة، فيما كانت درجة استفادتهم منها عالية.

2 جاءت موضوعات السياسة الفلسطينية في المرتبة الأولى من الموضوعات التي يتعرض لها المبحوثون، يليها موضوعات الصراع مع الاحتلال، ثم موضوعات السياسة العربية.

تبين صحة الفرضية القائلة بوجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين درجة تعرض الشباب الجامعي الفلسطيني لموضوعات الثقافة السياسية في المواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية و بين درجة الثقافة السياسية لديهم.

أهم توصيات الدراسة : 1.

زيادة اهتمام المواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية بمواضيع الثقافة السياسية و إبراز المعلومات والأخبار المرتبطة بها.

2.

انتهاج الموضوعية و الدقة و الصدق في عمل المواقع و الابتعاد عن الحزبية في تغطية موضوعات الثقافة السياسية، و عرض مختلف وجهات النظر ؛ لتعزيز ثقة الجمهور بها.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the implications of Palestinian university youth’s exposure to Palestinian news websites on their political culture.

This descriptive study involved drawing on the survey studies method, which used the media audience survey.

The researcher used the questionnaire as the study tool, which was applied to a random sample of (314) students from the three main universities in Gaza governorates (the Islamic University, Al-Azhar University, and Al-Aqsa University), and the study relied on both the Uses and Gratifications theory and the Cultivation theory.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are as follows : 1.

The degree of respondents’ exposure to political culture topics in Palestinian news websites were medium with a relative weight of 66.2%, and the degree of political education was medium, while the degree of their benefit from them was high.

2.

The Palestinian political topics came first among the issues to which the respondents were exposed, followed by the topics of conflict with the occupation, and then the topics of Arab politics.

3.

The study shows the correctness of the hypothesis that there is a direct correlation between the degree of exposure of Palestinian university youth to political culture topics in Palestinian news sites and the degree of political education they have.

The most important recommendations of the study are the following : 1.

To increase the interest of Palestinian news websites in political culture topics, and to highlight information and news related to them.

2.

To adopt objectivity, accuracy and honesty in the work of these websites, to avoid partisanship in covering political culture topics, and to present various points of view in order to enhance the public’s confidence in them.

3.

To crystalize a strategic vision towards political education for Palestinian generations, and to prepare plans for regular institutional action aimed at advancing the reality of political culture through the media.
