Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام استراتيجيتي RAP ) و ( DRTA في تنمية مهارات الفهم القرائي و مهارات التفكير الناقد لدى طلبة الصف السابع الأساسي بمحافظات غزة.
استخدم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي.
تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 124 ) طالبة من مدرسة شهداء رفح موزعة على ثلاث مجموعات المجموعة التجريبية الأولى مكونة من ( 44 ) طالبة المجموعة التجريبية الثانية مكونة من ( 44 ) طالبة و المجموعة الضابطة مكونة من ( 36 ) طالبة.
استخدم الباحث استراتيجيتي RAP ) و ( DRTA في تدريس طالبات المجموعة التجريبية الأولى و المجموعة التجريبية الثانية بينما الطريقة العادية مع طلاب المجموعة الضابطة و ذلك في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام) 2020 - 2019 )، و استخدم الباحث اربع أدوات لهذه الدراسة و هي قائمة مهارات الفهم القرائي، قائمة مهارات التفكير الناقد، اختبار مهارات الفهم القرائي واختبار مهارات التفكير الناقد .
استخدام الباحث ( تحليل التباين الأحادي ) لتحليل النتائج بالإضافة إلى معادلة حجم التأثير و ذلك لقياس حجم تأثير استراتيجيتي RAP ) و ( DRTA في تنمية مهارات الفهم القرائي و مهارات التفكير الناقد لدي طلبة الصف السابع الأساسي، و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات اختبار الفهم القرائي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية الأولى و المجموعة التجريبية الثانية في التطبيق البعدي و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات اختبار التفكير الناقد لصالح المجموعة التجريبية الأولى و المجموعة التجريبية الثانية في التطبيق البعدي و في ضوء هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة استخدام الاستراتيجيات الحديثة في تدريس الفهم القرائي و اقترح الباحث ضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات للتعرف على أثر استخدام استراتيجيتي RAP ) و( DRTA في تنمية مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية و المواد الدراسية الأخرى، كما و أوصت الدراسة المعلمين بضرورة استخدام الاستراتيجيات الحديثة لتوفير بيئة تعليمية مناسبة.
English Abstract
The study aimed to examine the effect of using RAP and DRTA strategies on developing ninth graders reading comprehension and critical thinking skills.
The researcher adopted the quasi-experimental approach.
The sample of the study consisted of (124) students from Martyrs Preparatory School for Girls distributed into three groups.
The first experimental group consists of (44) students, the second experimental group consists of (44) students and the control group consist of (36) students.
The researcher used RAP and DRTA strategies in teaching the first and second experimental group and the ordinary method in teaching the control group in the first term of the school year (2019-2020).
A checklist of reading comprehension skills, a checklist of critical thinking skills, reading comprehension test and critical thinking test were used as tools of the study.
The results of the study were analyzed , using One Way ANOVA and LSD test techniques.
Effect size technique was used to measure the effect size of RAP and DRTA strategies on the experimental groups.
The study indicated that there were statistically significant differences in mean scores of reading comprehension post-test between experimental groups and control group in favor of the experimental groups.
It also showed that there were statistically significant differences in mean scores of critical thinking post-test between experimental groups and control group in favor of the experimental groups.
In addition, the effect size of RAP and DRTA strategies were large.
In light of these findings, the study recommended the necessity of using modern strategies in teaching reading comprehension.
It also suggested that further research should be conducted on the effect of using RAP and DRTA on other English language skills and other school subjects.
