Arabic Abstract

تهدف الدراسة بشكل رئيس إلى التعرف على استخدام الصحفيين الفلسطينيين الشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي للتعريف بمسيرات العودة الفلسطينية و درجة استخدامهم و طبيعته، و الإشباعات المتحققة نتيجة هذا الاستخدام، و تحديات الاستخدام و مقترحاتهم المواجهتها.

تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى البحوث الوصفية مستخدمة منهج الدراسات المسحية، و في إطاره أسلوب مسح أساليب الممارسة، و تم جمع بياناتها باستخدام استمارة الاستقصاء، و اعتمدت عينة عشوائية بسيطة من الصحفيين الفلسطينيين المنتسبين لنقابة الصحفيين في محافظات غزة، بلغ عددهم 266 صحفياً، و تم توزيع الاستمارة خلال الفترة بين 20 يونيو 2021م إلى 27 يوليو 2021م، و استخدمت نظرية القائم بالاتصال و نظرية الاستخدامات و الإشباعات.

خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، كان أبرزها: 1- يستخدم الصحفيون الفلسطينيون شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في التعريف بمسيرات العودة بنسبة (86.5%).

2- كانت أهم شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي التي يستخدمها الصحفيون هي : (الفيس بوك) تلاها (واتس اب)، و أهم الموضوعات التي يركزون عليها هي الشهداء و الجرحى، ثم فعاليات الإرباك الليلي.

3- توجد علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين درجة استخدام الصحفيين الفلسطينيين لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ودرجة استفادتهم منه.

و بناء على هذه النتائج، خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، كان أبرزها : 1- ضرورة النشر باللغات الأجنبية و خاصة اللغة الانجليزية و العبرية و عدم اقتصار النشر على اللغة العربية.

2 2- ضرورة تدريب الصحفيين الفلسطينيين على النشر بما يتناسب مع المجتمعات التي يتوجهون لها، حيث أن بعض الصور يصلح نشرها لمجتمع دون غيره.

English Abstract

The study mainly aims to identify the Palestinian journalists' use of social networks to disseminate information about the Palestinian return marches, the degree and nature of their use, the gratifications achieved as a result of this use, and the challenges of their use and their suggestions to confront such challenges.

This descriptive research used the survey method, within which the practice methods survey was used, and its data were collected using the questionnaire form.

The researcher selected a simple random sample of 266 Palestinian journalists affiliated with the Syndicate of Journalists in Gaza govern1orates.

The questionnaire form was distributed during the period between June 20, 2021 to July 27, 2021, and the study adopted the Communicator theory and the Uses and Gratifications theory.

The study concluded with a set of results, the most prominent of which were the following: 1.

Palestinian journalists use social networks to publicize the Great March of Return at (86.5%).

2.

The most important social networks used by journalists were: Facebook, followed by WhatsApp, and the most important topics they focused on were the martyrs and the wounded, then the activities of night confusion.

3.

There is a positive correlation between the degree to which Palestinian journalists use social networks and the degree to which they benefit from them.

Based on these results, the study concluded a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which were : 1.

The necessity of publishing in foreign languages, especially English and Hebrew, and not limiting publication to the Arabic language.

2.

The necessity of training Palestinian journalists to publish in a manner commensurate with the societies to which they are talking, as some images are suitable for publishing in one society and not for another.
