Arabic Abstract

تهدف الرسالة إلى دراسة الأعمال الحربية و السياسية في العصر المملوكي بين عامي (784-648هـ - 13821250م) في مصر و بلاد الشام، و ذلك لإظهار النموذج السياسي الإسلامي الذي يربط الاستراتيجية العسكرية بالبعد السياسي المتفوق، و قد اعتمد الباحث المنهج التاريخي الوصفي التحليلي، و قسمت الدراسة إلى ثلاث فصول، و هي : الفصل الأول : تداول الباحث كتمهيد للفصل الثاني، الأحوال السياسية و العسكرية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و الدينية و العلمية في مصر و بلاد الشام في العصر المملوكي، و ذلك للتمهيد و استحضار القارئ البيئة الاستراتيجية للمماليك في مصر و بلاد الشام، و ذلك يمثل مدخل للفصل الثاني.

الفصل الثاني : التطبيقات العسكرية و قد تناول الباحث في هذا الفصل أبرز التطبيقات العسكرية التأمينية، و التطبيقات العسكرية القتالية، وذلك لإظهار الجهد العسكري المبذول في سبيل صياعة الاستراتيجيات العسكرية المتفوقة، و قد ابرز الفصل الأعمال التحويلية التي تم استثمارها في الساحة السياسية، و قد شكلت بعد ذلك مسارات استراتيجية للدولة المملوكية، كما يظهر في الفصل الثالث.

الفصل الثالث : المسارات الاستراتيجية للدولة المملوكية، و قد تناول الباحث في هذا الفصل مسار التفوق العسكري " مسار الصدمة " الذي قام من خلاله المماليك بالتخطيط و التوجيه الأمثل لقوتهم الذكية، بما يضمن الأثر السياسي، الذي تمثل في اهداف سياسية تم تحقيقها عملت على لقوية المماليك و تحقيق الاستقرار في بيئتهم الاستراتيجية، و أضافت تعميق للنفوذ المملوكي الذي تشكل في العلاقات الخارجية للدولة المملوكية.

أظهرت الدراسة العديد من النتائج و التي تمثل ابرزها في اظهار القدرة المملوكية على تحقيق توازن استراتيجي بين الأعمال العسكرية الدفاعية و الهجومية، و بين استخدام أدوات القوة الداعمة و الخشنة، ضمن عمليات تخطيط استراتيجي يراعي الفاعلين في البيئة من الدول المجاورة و الدول الكبرى.

و قد أوصى الباحث ضرورة دراسة النموذج المملوكي كنموذج إسلامي متكامل، و تفكيكه زمانيا لاستخلاص العبر من التجربة السياسية و العسكرية بشكل منهجي يجمع بين النظرية و التطبيق.

English Abstract

The study aims at studying the military and political actions during the Mamluk era between the years (648-784 AH - 1250-1382 AD) in Egypt and the Levant.

This is in order to show the Islamic political model that links the military strategy to the superior political dimension.

To conduct this study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach.

The study is divided into three chapters as follows : Chapter One: The researcher, as a prelude to the second chapter, explained with the political, military, economic, social, religious, and scientific conditions in Egypt and the Levant in the Mamluk era, in order to prepare and bring to the reader the strategic environment of the Mamluks in Egypt and the rise of the Levant, which represents the entrance to the second chapter.

Chapter Two: Military Applications.

In this chapter, the researcher explained the most prominent military security applications, and combat military applications.

This is to show the military efforts exerted in order to formulate superior military strategies.

The chapter highlighted the changing works that were invested in the political arena, which subsequently formed strategic tracks for the Mamluk state, as shown in Chapter Three.

Chapter Three: the strategic tracks of the Mamluk state.

In this chapter, the researcher explained the track of military superiority, the “shock track”, through which the Mamluks planned and directed the optimal plan for their smart power, to ensure the political impact, which was represented in the achieved political goals which worked to strengthen the Mamluks and achieve stability in their strategic environment.

It also added to the deepening of the Mamluk influence that was formed in the external relations of the Mamluk state.

The study drew a number of findings, the most prominent of which is showing the Mamluk ability to achieve a strategic balance between defensive and offensive military actions, and the use of soft and hard power tools, within strategic planning processes that take into account the actors in the environment from neighboring countries and major countries.

The researcher recommended the necessity of studying the Mamluk model as an integrated Islamic model, and dismantling it temporally to draw lessons from the political and military experience in a systematic way that combines theory and practice.
