Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ضوء معايير الجودة و سبل تحسينه وا لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي في أسلوبه التحليلي.

و قد تكونت عينة الدراسة الفعلية من (323) طالب وطالبة أي ما نسبته تقريباً (1%) من مجموع مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (32393) طالب و طالبة، حيث تم اختيارها بطريقة العينة العشوائية و استخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة لقياس مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، و مكونة من (41) فقرة موزعة على أربع مجالات، كما استخدمت أداة المقابلة لتقديم السبل المقترحة لتحسين مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي، و لتحليل البيانات تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي SPSS، و من نتائج الدراسة : .1 مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ضوء معايير الجودة كانت كبيرة و بوزن نسبي (%68.28).

لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى متغير المستوى الدراسي لجميع المجالات لمستوى الأداء الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ضوء معايير الجودة مجتمعة و متغير الجنس باستثناء مجال التدريس يوجد فروق لصالح الإناث.

توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى متغير الجامعة لجميع المجالات لمستوى الأداء الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ضوء معايير الجودة مجتمعة لصالح جامعة الأقصى باستثناء مجال التدريس لا توجد فروق.

4.

تقديم مجموعة من السبل المقترحة لتحسين مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الفلسطينية.

وفيما كانت أهم التوصيات على النحو التالي : 1.

تفعيل دور وحدات الجودة في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ظل التعليم الرقمي (التعليم عن بعد الناتج عن جائحة كورونا.

.2 تعزيز نظام المكافآت و الحوافز المادية تقديراً لجهود أعضاء هيئة التدريس و العاملين المجتهدين.

English Abstract

This study aims at identifying the level of academic performance of faculty members in Palestinian universities in light of quality standards and ways to improve it.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach.

The actual study sample consisted of (323) male and female students, or approximately (1%) of the total study population that is (32393) male and female students.

The study sample was selected by random sampling method.

The study used the questionnaire to measure the academic performance level of the faculty members, and it consisted of (41) items divided into four areas.

To analyze the data, the SPSS statistical analysis program was used.

The most important findings of the study : 1.

The level of academic performance of faculty members in Palestinian universities in light of quality standards was significant with a relative weight of (68.28%).

2.

There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of estimations of the members of the study sample attributable to the academic level variable for all areas of the academic performance level of the faculty members in Palestinian universities in light of the combined quality standards as well as the gender variable, with the exception for the teaching field where there are differences in favor of females.

3.

There are statistically significant differences between mean scores of estimations of the study sample attributable to the university variable for all fields of the level of academic performance of faculty members in Palestinian universities in the light of the combined quality standards in favor of Al-Aqsa University, with the exception of the field of teaching where there are no differences.

4.

Providing a set of suggested ways to improve the level of academic performance of faculty members in Palestinian universities.

The most important recommendations of the study : 1.

Activating the role of quality units in the Palestinian universities in light of online education (distance education) resulting from the Corona pandemic.

2.

Strengthening the system of bonuses and material incentives in appreciation for the efforts of faculty members and hardworking workers.
