Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسـة التعرف على أثر الرقابة الاستراتيجية على الأداء التنظيمي في البنك الإسلامي الأردني، كما بينت الدراسـة أبعاد الرقابة الاستراتيجية المتمثلة في (تحديد المعايير، قياس الاداء الفعلي، تقييم الاداء الاستراتيجي، اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية)، إضافة إلى أبعاد الأداء التنظيمي المتمثلة في (التعلم و النمو، تحقيق الأهداف، رضا الزبائن)، و تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (102) موظفا من العاملين في الإدارات العليا و الوسطى و الدنيا في البنك الإسلامي الأردني.
و استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من اهمها أن اتجاهات عينة الدراسة تجاه المتغير المستقل الرقابة الاستراتيجيه بأبعادها جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما بينت النتائج أن الأداء التنظيمي بأبعاده جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، و اظهرت النتائج وجود أثر للرقابة الاستراتيجيه بأبعادها مجتمعة على الأداء التنظيمي، و بينت النتائج كذلك أن أبعاد الرقابة الاستراتيجيه لا تشكل مقدارا متساويا من الأهمية النسبية في البنك الإسلامي الأردني و بناء عليه أوصت الدراسـة بضرورة اكتساب و تطبيق البنك الإسلامي الاردني لآليات الرقابة الاستراتيجيه الحديثة لتعزيز و تطوير الأداء، و توفير بيئة عمل أمنه، و التغلب على على الأخطاء، و تحقيق ميزه تنافسية في الأسواق المصرفية.
English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic control on organizational performance in the Jordan Islamic Bank.
The study also showed the dimensions of strategic control represented in (setting standards, measuring actual performance, evaluating strategic performance, taking corrective actions), in addition to the dimensions of organizational performance represented in (learning and growth).
Achieving objectives, customer satisfaction), and a random sample of (102) employees working in the upper, middle and lower managements of the Jordan Islamic Bank was selected.
The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and reached a set of results, the most important of which was that the study sample’s attitudes towards the independent variable, strategic control with its dimensions, came to a high degree, and the results showed that organizational performance in its dimensions came to a high degree, and the results showed an impact of strategic control with its combined dimensions on organizational performance.
The results also showed that the dimensions of strategic control do not constitute an equal amount of relative importance in the Jordan Islamic Bank.
Accordingly, the study recommended the necessity of acquiring and applying the modern strategic control mechanisms by the Jordan Islamic Bank to enhance and develop performance, provide a safe work environment, overcome errors, and achieve a competitive advantage.
