Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى مدى مراعاة إدارات الرياض الحكومية و الخاصة المعايير الأمن و السلامة في ظل جائحة كورونا.

تكونت عينة الدراسة من (198) معلمة منهن (92) معلمة من معلمات الرياض الحكومية، و (106) معلمة من معلمات الرياض الخاصة في لواءي سحاب و القويسمة بمحافظة عمان، و اتبع المنهج الوصفي من نوع الدراسات المسحية و للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة أعدت الباحثة استبانة و تم التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة التزام إدارات الرياض الحكومية بمتابعة العاملين في الروضة، و أولياء الأمور، و الأطفال، و مرافق البناية في تطبيق معايير الأمن و السلامة بدرجة كبيرة.

في حين أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ضعف متابعة إدارات الرياض الحكومية سائقي الحافلات بالالتزام بتطبيق معايير الأمن و السلامة داخل الحافلة.

كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة التزام إدارات الرياض الخاصة بمتابعة العاملين في الروضة أولياء الأمور، و الأطفال، و الحافلات و مرافق البناية في تطبيق معايير الأمن والسلامة بدرجة كبيرة.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الدرجة الكلية لكل مجال من المجالات الخمسة بين إدارات الرياض الحكومية، و إدارات الرياض الخاصة و لصالح الرياض الخاصة.

و استنتجت الدراسة التزام إدارات الرياض الحكومية بتطبيق كافة معايير الأمن و السلامة باستثناء المعيار المتعلق بالحافلات، في حين التزمت إدارات الرياض الخاصة بتطبيق كافة معايير الأمن و السلامة.

English Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the extent to which governmental and private Kindergarten administrations observe security and safety standards in light of the Corona pandemic.

The sample of the study consisted of (198) female teachers, including (92) female Kindergarten public teachers, and (106) female private Kindergarten female teachers in Sahab and Qweismeh districts in Amman governorate, and they followed the descriptive approach of the type of survey studies.

In order to answer the study questions, the researcher prepared a questionnaire and its validity and reliability were verified.

The results of the study showed the commitment of kindergarten government departments to follow up the kindergarten workers, parents, children, and building facilities in the application of security and safety standards to a large extent.

While the results of the study showed the weakness of the kindergarten government administrations' follow-up of bus drivers to adhere to the application of security and safety standards inside the bus.

The results of the study also showed the commitment of the kindergarten administrations to follow up the kindergarten workers, parents, children, buses, and building facilities in applying security and safety standards to a large extent.

In addition, the results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences in the total score for each of the five domains between kindergarten government departments, private Kindergarten administrations and in favor of private Kindergarten.

The study concluded that Kindergarten government departments are committed to applying all security and safety standards except for the one related to buses, while Kindergarten private administrations have committed to implementing all security and safety standards.
