Arabic Abstract
هدف الدراسة : التعرف إلى واقع الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال بالمحافظات الدرا الجنوبية لفلسطين، و علاقتها بالانتماء المهني للمربيات.
منهج راسة : استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ..
أسلوب المسح الجزئي أداة الدراسة : استخدم استبانتين ؛ الأولى : لقياس واقع الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال مكونة من (37) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات والثانية : لقياس مستوى الانتماء المهني للمربيات مكونة من (21) فقرة.
عينة الدراسة : تكونت عينة الدراسة من (384) مربية، بنسبة (21.7% من المجتمع البالغ (1765) مربية.
أهم نتائج الدراسة : - أن درجة تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين جاءت كبيرة جداً، وبوزن نسبي (88.80%).
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة : المؤهل العلمي, سنوات الخدمة المديرية).
- أن مستوى الانتماء المهني لدى مربيات رياض الأطفال بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين جاء بدرجة كبيرة جداً، و بوزن نسبي (91.20%).
لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى الانتماء المهني لدى مربيات رياض الأطفال بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة : المؤهل العلمي, سنوات الخدمة, المديرية).
توجد علاقة ايجابية قوية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين و بين متوسطات درجات تقدير العينة لمستوى الانتماء المهني لدى المربيات.
توصيات الدراسة : تعزيز الإدارة بالتجوال لدى جميع مؤسسات رياض الأطفال، و المؤسسات التربوية الأخرى تمكين المربيات في رياض الأطفال لتعزيز انتمائهن المهني، و تحسين أدائهن في العمل.
English Abstract
This study aims to identify the reality of management by walking around (MBWA) among kindergarten female principals in the southern governorates of Palestine, and its relationship to the professional affiliation of babysitters.
The researcher employed the descriptive analytical method and used two questionnaires: the first was used to measure the reality of management by walking around among kindergarten female principals, and the second questionnaire sought to measure the level of professional affiliation of babysitters.
The study sample consisted of (384) babysitters.
The most important results of the study are as follows : The average degree of the study sample for the reality of management by walking around among the kindergarten female principals in the southern governorates of Palestine was very large, with a relative weight (88.80%).
There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores for the study sample for the reality of management by walking around among kindergarten female principals in the southern governorates of Palestine due to the study variables (educational qualification, years of service, educational region).
The level of professional affiliation among kindergarten babysitters in the southern governorates of Palestine came at a very large degree, with a relative weight (91.20%).
There are no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the study sample for the level of professional affiliation among kindergarten babysitters in the southern governorates of Palestine due to the study variables (educational qualification, years of service, educational region).
There is a strong positive relationship between the average degrees of the study sample for the reality of management by walking around among kindergarten female principals in the southern governorates of Palestine, and between the average degrees of the level of professional affiliation among the babysitters.
The study recommends the following : The necessity of strengthening management by walking around among all kindergartens and other educational institutions.
Empowering babysitters in kindergartens to enhance their professional affiliation and improve their work performance.
