Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لمنهاج التربية المكتبية للمرحلة الثانوية في ضوء الاتجاهات الحديثة و الكشف عن أثر وحدة تعليمية في تنمية المهارات المكتبية و الاتجاه نحوها، و اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بشقيه المسحي و التحليلي و المنهج البنائي، و المنهج شبه التجريبي (تصميم المجموعة الواحدة قبلي بعدي، و تمثلت مواد الدراسة في قائمة معايير منهاج التربية المكتبية المقترح، و قائمة أهدافه، و قائمة المهارات المكتبية المراد تنميتها لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية عامة و الصف العاشر خاصة، و وحدة تعليمة مقترحة في التربية المكتبية للصف العاشر، و دليل المعلم الخاص بتنفيذها، أما أدوات الدراسة فهي اختبار المهارات المكتبية، و بطاقة ملاحظة المهارات المكتبية، و مقياس الاتجاه نحو التربية المكتبية، و قد قام بتحكيمها (34) محكماً تنوعوا بين خبراء في المناهج وطرق التدريس من مختلف الجامعات الفلسطينية، و خبراء في علم المكتبات و المعلومات داخل الوطن وخارجه و عاملين في وزارة التربية و التعليم العالي، و مشرفين تربويين في المدارس الحكومية و المدارس التابعة لوكالة الغوث الدولية و مديري مدارس ثانوية (بنين و بنات)، و معلمين أمناء مكتبات يعملون في مدارس حكومية ثانوية بدين و بنات)، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) طالبة من طالبات الصف العاشر بمدرسة حيفا الأساسية (أ) للبدات بمديرية التربية و التعليم - خان يونس.

و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة .

نتائج أهمها : الخطوط العريضة للمنهاج المقترح للتربية المكتبية للمرحلة الثانوية في ضوء الاتجاهات الحديثة، و التي تشتمل على قائمة بمعاييره، و أهدافه، و المهارات المكتبية المراد تنميتها لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية، و أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01 ( a= بين متوسطي درجات طالبات الصف العاشر في التطبيقين القبلي و البعدي لاختبار المهارات المكتبية و بطاقة ملاحظة المهارات المكتبية و مقياس الاتجاه نحو التربية المكتبية، لصالح التطبيق البعدي، و أن لتطبيق الوحدة التعليمية المقترحة في التربية المكتبية أثراً كبيراً جداً في تنمية المهارات المكتبية و تنمية الاتجاه نحو التربية المكتبية.

و أوصت الدراسة : بضرورة تبني القائمين على وضع المناهج و تصميمها و تطويرها في وزارة التربية و التعليم الفلسطينية و العربية للخطوط العريضة لمنهاج التربية المكتبية المقترح، و الاستفادة من الوحدة التعليمية المقترحة و قائمة المهارات المكتبية، و اعتماد مبحث التربية المكتبية لطلبة المرحلة الثانوية لتدريس المهارات المكتبية.

English Abstract

This study aims to develop a suggested proposal for library education curriculum for the secondary stage in the light of current trends, reveal the impact of a educational unit on developing library skills and attitudes towards it.

The researcher followed the descriptive approach with its two survey and analytical aspects, the constructivist approach and the quasi-experimental approach (one group design: pre and post) .

The study materials included a list of standards for the suggested curriculum of library education, a list of its objectives, a list of library skills to be developed among secondary stage students in general and the tenth grade in particular, a proposed educational unit in library education for the tenth grade, and the teacher's guide for its implementation.

The study tools included the library skills test, the library skills observation card, and the attitudes scale towards library education which was refereed by (34) referees including experts in curricula and teaching methods from various Palestinian universities, experts in library and information science (inside and outside the country), Ministry of Education and Higher Education employees, educational supervisors in government and UNRWA schools, secondary school headmasters (males and females), and teacher librarians working in government secondary schools (males and females).

The sample of the study consisted of (40) female tenth grade students from Haifa Basic School (A) for Girls at the irectorate of Education – Khan Younis.

The study reached several results, the most important of which are the following: the study proposed broad outlines of the suggested curriculum of library education for secondary stage in the light of current trends, which include a list of its standards, objectives and library skills to be developed among secondary school students.

The study results show that there are statistically significant differences at significance level (0.01 = α) between the average scores of tenth grade students in the pre- and post-application test of library skills, the library skills observation card and the scale towards library education in favor of the post-application.

The study also reveals that the application of the proposed educational unit in library education has a very big impact on developing library skills and developing the attitudes towards library education.

The study recommends that those in charge of designing and developing the curricula in the Palestinian and Arab Ministry of Education should adopt the broad outlines of the suggested curriculum of library education, benefit from the proposed educational unit and the list of library skills.

The study also recommends adopting the subject of library education for secondary school students to teach library kills.
