Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : التعرف إلى المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجه مدربي الألعاب الفردية القتالية في الأندية الرياضية بمحافظات غزة وسبل الحد منها.

منهج الدراسة : استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و المنهج البنائي).

أداتا الدراسة : استخدم الباحث الاستبانة و المقابلة كأداتين للدراسة، حيث تكونت الاستبانة من خمسة مجالات رئيسة للمشكلة و هي المادية وتكونت من (10) فقرات و المالية تكونت من (10) فقرات و الاتصال و التواصل تكونت من (10) فقرات و التدريب و التطوير تكونت من (10) فقرات، و التخطيط و القيادة تكونت من (13) فقرة.

عينة الدراسة : طبقت الاستبانة على (254) مدرباً في الأندية الرياضية بمحافظات غزة.

أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة : 1- تبين أن الوزن النسبي لتقدير المشكلات إلى تواجه .

مدربي الألعاب الفردية القتالية في الأندية الرياضية بمحافظات غزة من وجهة نظر المدربين (72.660%) وهذا يدل على أنها جاءت بدرجة كبيرة.

2- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة )0≤0.05 بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة للمشكلات التي تواجه مدربي الألعاب الفردية القتالية بالأندية الرياضة بمحافظات غزة تعزى لمتغير العمر، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة).

من أهم توصيات الدراسة : 1- رفع مستوى الاهتمام بالتأهيل الإداري و المدربين داخل الأندية الرياضية، بحيث تتناسب مع التطور التكنولوجي و حاجات المجتمع، بما يساهم في تطوير الأداء للكوادر الرياضية.

2- إعادة تأهيل الأندية الرياضية وتقديم المساعدة لها من أجل القيام بتنفيذ الأنشطة المختلفة باعتبارها من المؤسسات التربوية الحاضنة لجميع فئات المجتمع.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the administrative problems facing coaches of individual combat sports in sports clubs in the governorates of Gaza and ways to reduce them.

The researcher used the descriptive approach, analytical approach and the constructivist approach.

The Researcher used the questionnaire and the interview as two tools for the study.

The questionnaire consisted of five main areas of the problem, which are : material consisting of (10) items, financial consisting of (10) items, contact and communication consisting of (10) items, training and development consisting of (10) items, and planning and leadership consisting of (13) items.

The questionnaire was applied to (254) coaches in sports clubs in Gaza governorates.

The most important findings of the study are the following : 1- It was found that the relative weight of the estimate of problems facing coaches of individual combat sports in sports clubs in the governorates of Gaza from the coaches’ point of view was (72.660%), which indicates that it came to a large extent.

2- The absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≥0.05) between the averages of the study sample's estimates of the problems facing individual combat sports coaches in sports clubs in Gaza governorates due to the variables (age, academic qualification, and years of service).

Among the most important recommendations of the study are the following : 1- Raising the level of interest in management training and coaches in sports clubs, in order to go with the technological development and the needs of society, in a way that contributes to the development of the performance of the sports cadres.

2- Rehabilitation of sports clubs and providing them with assistance in order to ensure the implementation of various activities, for they are among the educational institutions serving as incubator for all groups of society.
