Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى كل من الذكاء الوجداني، مقاومة التغيير، والكفاءة الذاتية لدى ممرضي أقسام القلب في مشافي قطاع غزة الحكومية، كما وهدفت للكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاء الوجداني وكل من مقاومة التغيير والكفاءة الذاتية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (114) ممرض وممرضة (الذكور 75 ، الإناث 39) ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقام الباحث بإعداد أدوات الدراسة الثلاثة وهي استبيان الذكاء الوجداني، واستبيان مقاومة التغيير، واستبيان الكفاءة الذاتية، وقد عالج الباحث بيانته إحصائياً باستخدام المتوسطات والنسب المئوية ومعامل الارتباط، واختبار الفروق وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: تبين بأن مستوى الذكاء الوجداني والكفاءة الذاتية جميعها مرتفعة لدى ممرضي أقسام القلب، بوزن نسبي بالترتيب (77.8%)، (80.72%) ، بينما تبين بأن مستوى مقاومة التغيير كان بنسبة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (63.66%)، وأظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى )0.05 ≥a ) بين الذكاء الوجداني ومقاومة التغيير، وكذلك عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى )0.05 ≥a ) بين الكفاءة الذاتية ومقاومة التغيير لدى ممرضي أقسام القلب، بينما أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى )0.05 ≥a ) بين الذكاء الوجداني والكفاءة الذاتية لدى عينة الدراسة، كما لم تظهر الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى )0.05 ≥a ) في كل من الذكاء الوجداني، مقاومة التغيير، والكفاءة الذاتية تعزى لمتغير الجنس العمر، سنوات الخبرة)، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بفئة التمريض.

وضرورة العمل على تعزيز الذكاء الوجداني لدى الممرضين العمل على تصميم برامج تدريبية مختلفة للتغلب على مقاومة التغيير.

English Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the level of emotional intelligence, resistance to change, and self-efficacy among nurses at cardiology department in government hospitals in the Gaza Strip.

It also aimed to reveal the relationship between emotional intelligence and both resistances to change and self-efficacy.

The study sample consisted of (114) male (75) and female (39) nurses.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the researcher prepared three study tools, which are the emotional intelligence questionnaire, the resistance to change questionnaire, and the self-efficacy questionnaire.

The researcher treated data statistically by using means, percentages, correlation coefficients, and the test for differences.

The study reached the following results including that the level of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy are all high among nurses of cardiac departments, with relative weight of (77.8%) and (80.72%) respectively.

Further, the level of resistance to change was at a medium rate with a relative weight (63.66%), and that there is no statistically significant relationship at the significance level (α≤0.05) between emotional intelligence and resistance to change, and there is no statistically significant relationship at the significance level (α≤0.05) between self-efficacy and resistance to change among nurses of cardiac departments, while there is a statistically significant strong direct relationship at the level (α≤0.05) between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy in the study sample.

The study also found that there are statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) in each of the emotional intelligence, resistance to change, and self-efficacy due to the variables of gender, age, and years of service.

The researcher recommended the importance of paying attention to the nurses' category.

And the need to work on enhancing the emotional intelligence of nurses, and work on designing different training programs to overcome resistance to change
