Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة المشكلات الانفعالية و السلوكية لأطفال الأمهات المضطربات نفسيا و علاقتها بالتوافق الأسري لديهن، و استخدمت الباحثة مقياس المشكلات الانفعالية و السلوكية للأطفال و كذلك مقياس التوافق الأسري و كليهما من إعداد الباحثة، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من 100 أم من الأمهات المريضات نفسيا باضطراب الاكتئاب و المترددات على عيادة مركز دير البلح المجتمعي – التابع لبرنامج عزة للصحة النفسية، و استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يحاول من خلاله وصف ظاهرة موضوع الدراسة و تحليل بياناتها وصولا إلى النتائج ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة.

أهم النتائج : مستوى المشكلات الانفعالية و السلوكية للأطفال الأمهات المضطربات نفسياً ووزنه النسبي %62.93، و جاءت ثورات الغضب في أعلى المشكلات الانفعالية و السلوكية بوزن نسبي قدره %68.93 و هذا يشير على أنها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ثم جاء القلق بوزن نسبي %62.60 و هي بدرجة متوسطة، ثم جاء السلوك العدواني بوزن نسبي 61.27% و هي بدرجة متوسطة، و أخيراً جاء الانسحاب الاجتماعي بوزن نسبي قدره 59.27% و هي درجة تقدير متوسطة.

مستوى التوافق الأسري لدي الأمهات المضطربات نفسيا وزنه النسبي 62.27%.

وجود علاقة ارتباطية ضعيفة عند مستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.05 - a) بين المشكلات الانفعالية و السلوكية لأطفال الأمهات المضطربات نفسياً و التوافق الأسرى لديهن.

عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) (a) في مستوى المشكلات الانفعالية و السلوكية لأطفال الأمهات المضطربات نفسياً تعزى لمتغير مدة المعاناة مع المرض النفسي.

أهم التوصيات : - بناء برامج نفسية توعوية حول الاضطراب النفسي للأم و أدارها المنعكسة على الأطفال و الأسرة.

- الاهتمام بالصحة النفسية للمرأة و الحديث عن أهم الاضطرابات النفسية لها من خلال الندوات و الورش العلمية و المؤتمرات العلمية وحل المشكلات لمساعدتهم على تخطي المشكلات اليومية و رفع مستوى التوافق الأسري.

- وضع خطط علاجية من قبل المختصين لعلاج مشكلات الأطفال الانفعالية والسلوكية والتغلب عليها

English Abstract

This study aimed to know the emotional and behavioral problems for children of mothers suffering from psychological disorders and their relationship to their family compatibility.

The researcher prepared a scale of emotional and behavioral problems for, as well as a scale of family compatibility.

The study sample consisted of 100 mentally ill mothers with depressive disorder who attended the Deir al-Balah Community Center clinic, affiliated with the Gaza Mental Health Program.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to describe the phenomenon of the subject of the study and analyze its data in order to reach the results and to achieve the objectives of the study.

The most important results of the study are the following : • The level of emotional and behavioral problems for children of mothers with psychological disorders reached a relative weight of (62.93%), anger outbursts came in the highest emotional and behavioral problems with a relative weight of (68.93%), which is a medium degree.

This is followed by anxiety with a relative weight of (62.60%), which is a medium degree, then aggressive behavior at a medium degree with a relative weight of (61.27%), and finally, social withdrawal which had a relative weight of (59.27%), which is a medium degree.

• The level of family compatibility among psychologically troubled mothers had a relative weight of (62.27%).

• There is a weak correlation at the level of statistical significance (0.05 =) between the emotional and behavioral problems of children of psychologically troubled mothers and their family compatibility, and it turned out to be a weak inverse relationship.

• There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (  0.05) in the level of emotional and behavioral problems for children of mothers with psychological disorders due to the variable of duration of suffering from mental illness.

The most important recommendations of the study are the following : - Establishing psychological awareness programs on the psychological disorder of the mother and its epercussions on children and the family.

- Paying attention to women's mental health and talking about the most important psychological disorders for them through seminars, scientific workshops and scientific conferences and problem solving to help them overcome daily problems and raise the level of family compatibility.

- Developing treatment plans by specialists to treat and overcome the emotional and behavioral problems of children.
