Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the reality of the change of change in the municipal council of the municipal council from the point of view of their employees through the following deportation: (change in organizational structure, the change in individuals), also aimed at identifying the nature of the relationship between the level of change management and its relationship with some demographic variables of: (type, age, scientific qualification, service duration).

to achieve the objectives of the study, the study followed an analytical descriptive approach.

the researcher has developed a question and has been confirmed by its credibility and stability coefficient.

the study community is represented by all actual workers in the municipality of Duranna, which reached 68 workers.

statistical software service in (SPSS), where many results were reached can be summarized as follows: the study revealed that the general level of change of change in the study of their components was also high, and also concluded the lack of substantive differences for the average change management is attributed to demographic variables : (type, age, scientific qualification, duration of service is under study) at a level of 5%.

finally, the study provided a set of recommendations to be followed to doubling attention to the management of change under study.
