Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى التعلم التنظيمي و علاقته برأس المال المعرفي في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين، و نظراً لصغر حجم مجتمع الدراسة ؛ طبقت الدراسة على جميع مشرفي و مشرفات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية حيث بلغ إجمالي عددهم (170) مشرفاً و مشرفة.

و بغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و قد قامت بتصميم استبانتين كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تكونت الاستبانة الأولى من (30) فقرة موزعةً على ثلاثة مجالات، و هي (المجال الإستراتيجي، المجال التنظيمي، المجال الثقافي)، و تكونت الاستبانة الثانية من (28) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات، و هي (رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الهيكلي، رأس المال العلاقاتي).

و توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية : 1- حصلت درجة توفر أبعاد التعلم التنظيمي في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين من وجهة نظر المشرفين على وزن نسبي (78.2%)، و مستوى موافقة مرتفع.

2- 2- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( 0.05 < a) بين متوسطات درجات تقديرات أفراد العينة تُعزى لمتغير الجنس، و متغير المؤهل العلمي، في حين وجدت فروق تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة، لصالح من لديهم خبرة 10 سنوات فأكثر.

3- 3- حصلت درجة توفر أبعاد رأس المال المعرفي في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين من وجهة نظر المشرفين على وزن نسبي (78.6%)، ومستوى موافقة مرتفع.

4- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( 0.05 < a) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة تُعزى لمتغير الجنس و متغير المؤهل العلمي، في حين وجدت فروق تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة، لصالح من لديهم خبرة 10 سنوات فأكثر.

5- وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين درجة توفر أبعاد التعلم التنظيمي و درجة توفر أبعاد رأس المال المعرفي، حيث بلغت قيمة معامل ارتباط بيرسون (0.790) و بناء على نتائج الدراسة، قدمت الباحثة التوصيات الآتية : توظيف العلاقة بين التعلم التنظيمي و رأس المال المعرفي في المدارس الثانوية في الخطط الإستراتيجية و التطويرية.

ضرورة توفير الإمكانات الكافية واللازمة للمدارس الثانوية من قبل الإدارة العليا ؛ لإتاحة الفرص أمامهم للإبداع و الابتكار، و تحقيق التنافس المميز.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify organizational learning and its relationship to knowledge capital in government secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine.

Due to the small size of the study population, the study was applied to all male and female supervisors of government secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine, with a total number of (170) supervisors.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and she designed two questionnaires as a data collection tool.

The first questionnaire consisted of (30) items distributed into three areas (the strategic domain, the organizational domain, and the cultural domain), and the second questionnaire consisted of (28) items distributed over three domains (human capital, structural capital, and relational capital).

The study reached the following results : 1- The degree to which the dimensions of organizational learning are available in public secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine from the supervisors’ point of view obtained a relative weight of (78.2%), and a high level of agreement.

2- There were no statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) between the average scores of the sample members’ estimates due to the variables of gender and educational qualification, while there were differences due to the variable of years of service, in favor of those with experience of 10 years or more.

3- The degree to which the dimensions of knowledge capital are available in public secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine from the supervisors' point of view obtained a relative weight of (78.6%), and a high level of agreement.

4- There were no statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) between the average scores of the sample members’ estimates attributable to the variables of gender and educational qualification, while there were differences due to the variable of years of service, in favor of those with experience of 10 years or more.

5- There is a positive correlation between the degree of availability of the dimensions of organizational learning and the degree of availability of the dimensions of knowledge capital, where the value of the Pearson correlation coefficient is (0.790).

Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommends the following : Employing the relationship between organizational learning and knowledge capital in secondary schools in strategic and development plans.

The need to provide sufficient and necessary capabilities for secondary schools by the senior management, to provide them with opportunities for creativity and innovation and to achieve distinguished competitiveness.
