Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على " رأس المال النفسي و علاقته بالقلق الاجتماعي و الوظيفي لدى القابلات العاملات في مستشفيات محافظات غزة حيث طبقت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من القابلات العاملات في مستشفيات محافظات غزة " حيث استخدم الباحثة ثلاثة مقاييس لقياس كل من رأس المال النفسي و القلق الاجتماعي و الوظيفي"، و طبقت الباحثة المقاييس على عينة مكونة من (140) قابلة موزعة في مستشفيات قطاع غزة، و توصلت الباحثة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها : 1.
بلغ الوزن النسبي لرأس المال النفسي 84.39% ، و هذا يدلل على وجود موافقة عالي جداً من قبل أفراد عينة الدراسة على فقرات مقياس راس المال النفسي.
2 بلغ الوزن النسبي للقلق الاجتماعي 70.50% ، و هذا يدلل على وجود موافقة عالي من قبل أفراد عينة الدراسة على فقرات مقياس القلق الاجتماعي 3 بلغ الوزن النسبي للقلق الوظيفي 68.48%، و هذا يدلل على وجود موافقة عالي من قبل أفراد عينة الدراسة على فقرات مقياس القلق الوظيفي 4.
يوجد علاقة بين، أبعاد رأس المال النفسي بالقلق الاجتماعي و القلق الوظيفي لدى القابلات العاملات في مستشفيات محافظات غزة أما توصيات الدراسة كالاتي : 1.
توعية القابلات العاملات في مستشفيات قطاع غزة بالآثار السلبية لهذا النوع من القلق الوظيفي و الاجتماعي و اثارة السلبية على صحتهم الجسمية و النفسية.

مساهمة القائمين في وزارة الصحة اصدار قوانين و تعليمات تنظم كيفية اختيار قابلات مؤهلات اجتماعياً و وظيفياً و تدريبهم قبل العمل 3.
على وزارة الصحة العمل على توفير الامن النفسي و الاستقرار الوظيفي للموظفين بشكل عام و للقابلات بشكل خاص من اجل تحقيق اداء وظيفي جيد 4.
نوصي وزارة الصحة ضرورة القيام باختبارات نفسية دورية للقابلات العاملات المكلفة بمهام ادارية من اجل الحفاظ على مستوى أداء وظيفي جيد.
English Abstract
This study aimed to identify “psychological capital and its relationship to social and functional anxiety among midwives working in hospitals in Gaza governorates”.
The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of midwives working in hospitals in Gaza governorates, where the researcher used three scales to measure psychological capital, social anxiety and functional anxiety.
The researcher applied the scales on a sample of (140) midwives distributed in hospitals in the Gaza Strip.
The researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following : 1.
The relative weight of the psychological capital was (84.39%), and this indicates a very high greement among the study sample regarding the items of the psychological capital scale.
2.
The relative weight of social anxiety reached (70.50%), and this indicates that there was a high agreement among the study sample on the items of the social anxiety scale.
3.
The relative weight of functional anxiety was (68.48%), and this indicates a high agreement among the study sample on the items of the functional anxiety scale.
4.
There is a relationship between the dimensions of psychological capital and social anxiety and functional anxiety among midwives working in hospitals in Gaza governorates.
The recommendations of the study came as follows : 1.
Educating midwives working in hospitals in the Gaza Strip about the negative effects of this type of functional and social anxiety and its negative effects on their physical and mental health.
2.
Those in charge of the Ministry of Health should contribute to issuing laws and directives that regulate how to select socially and functionally qualified midwives and training them before their work.
3.
The Ministry of Health should work to provide psychological security and job stability for employees in general and for midwives in particular, in order to achieve good job performance.
4.
The Ministry of Health needs to conduct periodic psychological tests for working midwives assigned to administrative tasks in order to maintain good job performance.
