Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى دور تطبيق معايير الجودة و الاعتماد المدرسي في تطوير الأداء الإداري لمديري المدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين، تـم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة، و كانت أداة الدراسة استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة مجالات شملت القيادة التربوية (14) فقرة، إدارة الموارد (14) فقرة و المجتمع المحلي (15) فقرة.

وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري ومعلمي المدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين.

و قد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (390) معلما ومعلمة (236) مديراً ومديرة، و استخدمت الاختبارات الوصفية و البرامج الإحصائية المتخصصة لتحليل البيانات المتحصلة.

و قد بينت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي : 1.

أن دور تطبيق معايير الجودة و الاعتماد المدرسي في تطوير الأداء الإداري لمديري المدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين كانت كبيرة بنسبة (76.0%) جاء مجال القيادة التربوية في المرتبة الأولى بدرجة توافر كبيرة بلغت ( 77.4 96)، و جاء مجال إدارة الموارد في المرتبة الثانية بنسبة (75.4 %)، بينما جاء مجال المجتمع المحلي في المرتبة الثالثة بنسبة (75.2) 2.

لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 a≤ بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة حول دور تطبيق معايير الجودة و الاعتماد المدرسي في تطوير الأداء الإداري لمديري المدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة الجنس المسمى الوظيفي، المؤهل العلمي، مسنوات الخبرة عدد الدورات التدريبية).

توصي الباحثة : بإلحاق جميع المعلمين بدورات تدريبية تتعلق بمعايير الجودة والاعتماد المدرسي، و إشراك المعلمين في عمل التقويم الذاتي للمدرسة، كما و توصي الباحثة بعقد ورش عمل تتعلق بمعايير الجودة و الاعتماد المدرسي لتزويد المجتمع المحلي بمعايير الجودة و الاعتماد المدرسي لمشاركتهم في تحقيق الأهداف ضمن هذه المعايير.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of applying quality and school accreditation standards in developing the administrative performance of government school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine.

The descriptive analytical approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study; the study tool was a questionnaire consisting of three fields that included educational leadership (14) items, resource management (14) items, and the local community (15) items.

The study population consisted of principals and teachers of government schools in the southern governorates of Palestine.

The study sample included (372) male and female teachers and (236) male and female principals, and descriptive tests and specialized statistical programs were used to analyze the obtained data.

The results of the study indicated the following : 1.

The role of applying quality and school accreditation standards in developing the dministrative performance of school principals was significant by (76.0%); the field of educational leadership came in the first rank with a high degree of availability at (77.4%), and the field of resource management ranked rank at (75.4%).

The local community field came in third place at (75.2%).

There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≥0.05) between the average responses of the sample members about the role of applying quality and school accreditation standards in developing the administrative performance of public-school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine due to the study variables (sex, job title, educational qualification, years of service, and number of training courses).

The researcher recommends the need to enrol all teachers in training courses related to quality and school accreditation standards, and to involve teachers in the school’s self-evaluation work.

The researcher also recommends holding workshops to provide the local community with quality and school accreditation standards to ensure their participation in achieving the goals within these standards.
