Abstract EN

The present study aims to identify: Knowledge sharing of university teachers.

For achieving the researcher's objectives, the researcher has constructed the scale of knowledge sharing.

The researcher verified the study tools' psychometric characteristics by administering the tools on a sample of (500) teachers selected by stratified random methods from three universities (Baghdad, AlMustansiriya, and Al-Tiqnah Al-Wusta).

After applying the tools of study and gathering data, the researcher has reached the following result :The university professors (the study sample) have knowledge sharing.
