Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تقبل المرض وعلاقته بالمرونة النفسية و معنى الحياة لدى زوجات مصابين الجلطة الدماغية بمحافظات غزة و تكونت العينة من 132 من زوجات مصابين الجلطة الدماغية بمحافظات غزة في عام 2020م، و قد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام مقياس تقبل المرض واستبانة المرونة النفسية واستبادة معنى الحياة، و تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (spss) و كانت النتائج كالتالي : - أن مستوى تقبل المرض كان مستوي متوسط لدى عينة زوجات المصابين بالجلطة الدماغية بمحافظات غزة حصل علي وزن نسبي (69، 93%) ، و مستوى المرونة النفسية كان مستوي متوسط حصل على وزن نسبي (72، 26%) ، و مستوى معنى الحياة كان مستوي متوسط حصل على وزن نسبي (72، 60%).

- توجد علاقة ارتباطية عند مستوي دلالة إحصائية (∝≤0.05) بين كل من : تقبل المرض و المرونة النفسية، و تقبل المرض والبعد العقلي كأحد أبعاد المرونة النفسية، تقبل المرض و معنى الحياة لدى زوجات مصابين الجلطة الدماغية بمحافظات غزة.

- عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية عند مستوى دلالة إحصائية (∝≤0.05) بين تقبل المرض و البعد الانفعالي كأحد أبعاد المروحة النفسية، و تقبل المرض و البعد الاجتماعي كأحد أبعاد المستوى التعليمي للزوج المستوى التعليمي للزوجة مستوى الدخل، درجة الإصابة).

- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوي المرونة النفسية لدى زوجات مصابي الجلطة الدماغية تعزى للمتغيرات التالية : عمر الزوجة عدد الأبناء، مدة الإصابة، المستوى التعليمي للزوج المستوى التعليمي للزوجة مستوى الدخل، درجة الإصابة).

- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى معنى الحياة لدى زوجات مصابي الجلطة الدماغية تعزى للمتغيرات التالية : عمر الزوجة عدد الأبناء، مدة الإصابة، المستوى التعليمي للزوج، المستوى التعليمي للزوجة، مستوى الدخل، درجة الإصابة).

و في ضوء ما توصلت إلية الدراسة من نتائج أوصى الباحث بضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات النفسية حول موضوع مرضى الجلطة الدماغية وعلى زوجاتهم و اختيار عينات أكبر من المرونة النفسية لدى زوجات مصابي الجلطة الدماغية بمحافظات غزة.

لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى تقبل المرض لدى زوجات مصابي الجلطة الدماغية تعزى للمتغيرات التالية : عمر الزوجة عدد الأبناء، مدة الإصابة، التي قام بها الباحث والاهتمام في هذه الفئة.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the acceptance of the disease and its relationship to psychological resilience and the meaning of life among wives of stroke patients in Gaza governorates.

The sample consisted of 132 wives of stroke patients in Gaza governorates in 2020.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical method using the Disease Acceptance Scale, the Psychological Resilience Questionnaire and the Meaning of Life Questionnaire.The data were analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS), and the results were as follows : - The level of acceptance of the disease among the sample of wives of stroke patients in the governorates of Gaza obtained a relative weight (69.93%), the level of psychological flexibility had a relative weight (72.26%), and the level of the meaning of life obtained a relative weight (72.60%).

− There is a correlational relationship at the level of statistical significance (∝≤ 0.05) between acceptance of disease and psychological resilience, acceptance of disease and the mental dimension as one of the dimensions of psychological resilience, and acceptance of disease and the meaning of life among wives of stroke patients in Gaza governorates.

- The absence of a correlation at the level of statistical significance (∝≤ 0.05) between acceptance of disease and the emotional dimension as one of the dimensions of psychological resilience, and acceptance of disease and social dimension as one of the dimensions of psychological resilience among wives of stroke patients in Gaza governorates.

- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of acceptance of the disease among wives of stroke patients due to the following variables: (wife's age, number of children, duration of injury, husband's educational level, wife's educational level, income level, and degree of injury).

- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of psychological resilience of stroke victims' wives due to the following variables: (wife's age, number of children, duration of injury, husband's educational level, wife's educational level, income level, and degree of injury).

- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of meaning of life for stroke victims' wives due to the following variables: (wife's age, number of children, duration of injury, husband's educational level, wife's educational level, income level, and degree of injury).

In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity of conducting more psychological studies on the subject of stroke patients and their wives, selecting larger samples than that carried out by the researcher and paying attention to this category.
