This study aims to answer the following question : what is the manifestations of drug use among adolescents in the light of their socio-economic levels ?.

this field study was carried out with the aim of detecting the phenomenon of drug addiction in the youth community in the light of their socio-economic levels, based on the descriptive approach, and a sample of 947 individuals (264 males and 683 females), they were chosen intentionally ; they ranged in age from 18 to 21 years, using a questionnaire in order to answer the problem of research.

the study found in its general finding that the low socio-economic level increases drug use by 91%, at the average age of 15 years, as opposed to the average and high level, the results of the study indicated that the rate of drug use between these two groups ranges from 84% to 90%, while the average special age was between 14,83 years and 15,5 years.
