Interactivity has become a daily practice and a research object with the multimedia technological development.
it is one of the main characteristics of an alternative communication based on the user’s exchanges, feedbacks, and participation.
for this, the requirement of its facilitation and its profitability requires the implementation of features and actions through applications ensuring interactivity on digital platforms.
this article aims to measure the applications of interactivity available on two electronic sites of two public health organizations in Algeria on which we applied the scale of interactivity proposed by heeter.
the results obtained reveal the degree of interactivity achieved through the sites of the organizations under study.
