Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح للحد من المعوقات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الفلسطينية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين.

اعتمدت الاستبانة كأداة أساسية للدراسة والتي تكونت من (40) فقرة موزعة على مجالين، إلى جانب المقابلات، من خلال المجموعة البؤرية لأخذ آراء الطلبة والخبراء في مجال التدريس في وضع التصور المقترح بصورته النهائية.

و تكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع طلبة الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية أقسامها (أصول تربية مناهج وطرق تدريس صحة نفسية) في الجامعة الإسلامية و جامعة الأقصى والبالغ عددهم (869) طالباً و طالبة و اختيرت العينة بطريقة المسح الشامل، و استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و المنهج البدائي.

و توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : 1- أن درجة تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة للمعوقات الإدارية والأكاديمية التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الفلسطينية محل الدراسة جاء بدرجة كبيرة، و بواقع (68.40%) .

2- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) لاستجابات عينة الدراسة حول المعوقات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الفلسطينية محل الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس والتخصص والجامعة، و الدرجة العلمية.

3- تقديم تصور مقترح للحد من المعوقات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا بالجامعات الفلسطينية.

و في ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة التوصيات التالية: 1- أن يكون هناك خطة مسبقة تعد قبل كل فصل دراسي للتوجيه جهود طلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الفلسطينية حول القضايا الملحة و المعاصرة التي تحتاج للبحث و التحليل للعمل على حلها و المساهمة في عملية التنمية التربوية المجتمعية.

2- اهتمام ذوي الاختصاص بالمعوقات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا بالجامعات الفلسطينية و العمل على تطبيق بنود التصور المقترح في العمل الأكاديمي و الإداري.

3- إجراء دراسات حول المعوقات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا وعلاقتها بمتغيرات أخرى.

English Abstract

This study aims at developing a tentative proposal to reduce the obstacles facing graduate students in the Palestinian universities in the southern governorates of Palestine.

The questionnaire was used as main tool for the study, which consisted of (40) items distributed in two areas.

This is in addition to conducting interviews, through a focus group to take the opinions of students and experts in the field of teaching for developing the tentative proposal in its final form.

The study sample consisted of all postgraduate students in the College of Education in all of its departments (Pedagogy, curricula, mental health) at the Islamic University and Al-Aqsa University, whose number was (869) male and female students.

The sample was selected by the complete consensus survey method, and the researcher used the descriptive, analytical and constructive approach.

The most important findings of the study: 1.

The level of evaluation of the research sample to the administrative and academic obstacles facing postgraduate students in the Palestinian universities in question was significantly high (68.40%).

There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance 3.

0 ) among the responses of the research sample on the obstacles facing graduate students in the Palestinian universities under study attributable to the variables (gender, specialization, university, and academic degree).

Developing a tentative proposal to reduce the obstacles that face graduate students in Palestinian universities.

The most important recommendations of the study: 1.

There should be a plan prepared before each semester to direct the efforts of graduate students in Palestinian universities addressing the important and current issues that need research and analysis to work on solving them, and should contribute to the process of developing the community education.

Specialists should have more interest in the obstacles facing graduate students in Palestinian universities and work to implement the items of the tentative proposal in the academic and administrative work.

3.

Conducting studies on the obstacles facing postgraduate students and their relationship to other variables.
