Abstract EN

This article aims to clarify the emerging jurisprudential issues related to electronic technology in prayer, and contemporary jurists’ opinions on these issues.

the study employs the analytic descriptive approach.

it is divided into an introduction and three sections.

section 1 addresses the electronic carpet, section 2 discusses electronic Mihrab, and section 3 deals with reading the Holy Qur’an from mobile in prayer.

it concludes with a number of findings including : 1.

it is permissible to use the guiding electronic carpet.

2.

it is permissible to use the electronic Mihrab in both mandatory prayer and supererogatory prayer.
